Biography

Lamine Fellah, known professionally as Sarazino, born on March 3, 1970, in Constantine, Algeria, is a singer, songwriter, and record producer. He began his musical journey in Montreal, Canada, in 1995 when he formed the group with Walid Nahas. Their debut album, Et Puis Voila (1997), was released under Camundo Disques and produced by Jeremy Arrobas of Men Without Hats. This album showcased a blend of African, Algerian, and French influences. Their first single "Cochabamba" (1999) was released in France. In 2003, Sarazino moved to Ecuador to record their second album, Un Mundo Babilon (2003), which featured collaborations with Blanquito Man of King Changó and Los Pericos. They released subsequent albums including Ya Foy! (2009), Everyday Salama (2012), and Mama Funny Day (2018).
