Sante "Santino" Rocchetti, born on July 13, 1946 in Montalto di Castro, Viterbo, Italy, is an Italian singer-songwriter. He began his career as the founder and lead member of the group I Rokketti. After various experiences with other groups, Rocchetti embarked on a solo career in 1975, achieving immediate success with "Pelle di sole," which reached number 15 on the Italian hit parade. Between 1976 and 1978, he participated in the Sanremo Music Festival three times, notably ranking 6th in 1978 with "Armonia e poesia." Rocchetti released several albums, including Dedicato a te (1977) and Santino Rocchetti (1980). From the 1980s onward, he focused on live performances and concerts.
