Biography
Saan, whose real name is Nassim, was born in Chartres and grew up in a world where art played an essential role. Cradled by his father's Arab lute, he learned to play the guitar at the age of 6, then the piano at 15. Fascinated by music, he became self-taught and turned his student apartment in Tours into a recording studio, attracting local rappers and developing his skills. He formed a rap group and performed on various stages (Le Temps Machine, Les Inouïs, Yzeures'n'Rock). In 2022, after several years of independent creation, he signed to Capitol (Universal). His first official project saw the light of day in 2023, with tracks such as"Blanc " and"Soleil Noir", which showcased his blend of French chanson, rap and Moroccan influences. In 2024, he confirmed his talent with the Ãclipse EP, supported by the track Ombres and a noteworthy collaboration with a major artist on the French-speaking scene. On February 21, 2025, he released"Paradis", a track that heralded a new era in his discography.
