Biography

Noor Awad is a French singer-songwriter known by her first and last name Noor. She began writing her first lyrics as a child, then went on to study at Boston's Berklee College of Music. Trained as a pianist, she developed a musical style inspired by independent, intimate pop, sometimes whispered, with folk or electro textures. In 2022, she released her first single, "Toutes les filles du monde", followed by "Rejoins-moi", which became a viral hit and racked up millions of listens across platforms. After opening for November Ultra, Zaho de Sagazan and Hervé, Noor wins the Printemps de Bourges Inouïs competition, and in 2024 releases "H24" and "Solo dans mon lit", followed by the EP Les Histoires Tristes Me Collent au Corps. In 2026, the songs "Terrible menteuse" and "Cendrion" herald the release of the album 1900 Jours, which reaches number 200 on the SNEP chart.
