Biography

Royal Gigolos, a German dance music group, were founded in 2003 by DJ and producer DJ Tyson. Their initial breakthrough came with the electro cover of "California Dreamin'", originally performed by The Mamas & The Papas, which reached number two on the French singles chart in spring 2004 and became one of the country's most-played club tracks that year. This success established them as prominent figures in the European dance music scene. Following this achievement, Royal Gigolos released their debut album Tell It to My Heart in November 2006. The group continued to produce notable tracks such as "No Milk Today" (a cover of the Herman's Hermits' song) and "Self Control" (originally by Laura Branigan). In 2007, they released the remix of Potatoheadz's "Narcotic". The group-who have not released anything since 2008-are also known for collaborations with other artists, including DJ Thoka Vs DJ Taylor, Dave Armstrong, and P!nk.
