Robert Redweik, born on August 28, 1983, in Munich, Germany, is a German singer. He began playing classical guitar at age eight and formed his first band, Ill at ease, at twelve, releasing an EP and two studio albums and winning the Emergenza-Publikumspreis. In 2005, Redweik founded REDWEIK. He signed with Warner Music Group in 2011 and collaborated with notable artists such as Midge Ure, Christian Neander, Udo Lindenberg, and Howard Carpendale. In 2014, REDWEIK released their debut album Keine Liebe, featuring singles "Maschine" and "Sammelst du Herzen". Redweik's solo album Your Vegas was released in 2017. He has also taught at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich since 2007.
