Ringo Musume is a Japanese female local idol group, formed in 2000 by the Hirosaki Actors School Project, a volunteer group in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, as an idol group to revitalize agriculture. The members are each named after a variety of apples, of which Hirosaki City is the number one producer in Japan. In April 2005, he released his first album "Aomori Ringo". In 2010, they celebrated their 10th anniversary and were inducted into the "Local Idol Hall of Fame," and released their 11th single "Train" in December to coincide with the opening of the Tohoku Shinkansen bullet train line. The 3rd album "FOURs" will be released in 2019, and the re-arranged album "Cool & Country" will be released on September 23, 2020, the 20th anniversary of the band's formation, and the 20th anniversary of the 20th anniversary of the 20th anniversary of the band's formation, and the 19th single "JET GIRL/Natsu no Mikan" will be released on September 23, 2020. In 2023, they were awarded the title of "local idol four heavenly kings" and won the grand prix and the championship at "TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2023 National Selection Live". In 2024, they released their 5th album "Diamond", and in 2025, their 29th single "Ringo Ninja" reached No.22 on Oricon, the highest ever.
