Biography

Her full name is Raven-Symoné Christina Pearman, and she was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 10, 1985. She achieved success as a child through her television roles on The Cosby Show from the age of three, then on Hangin' with Mr. Cooper (1993-1997) and other series. Her most memorable role is as a teenager in That's So Raven (2003-2007), which was followed by Raven's Home (2017-2023), for which she became producer. In addition to numerous films, the Disney Channel-bound star also joined the group The Cheetah Girls, which spawned three films and six albums between 2003 and 2008. In between, Raven-Symoné recorded four personal albums, Here's to New Dreams (1993), including the hit "That's What Little Girls Are Made Of" with Missy Elliott (No. 68), Undeniable (1999), This Is My Time (2004) and Raven-Symoné (2008). She has since pursued her acting and singing careers simultaneously, recording the EPs Thick Girls, Big Girls (2009), 33000 (2019), Infrasounds (2020) and Stripped Down (2020).
