Ramona Wulf, born Ramona Kraft on October 18, 1954, in Hanau, Germany, is a German singer known for her contributions to pop and schlager music. She was discovered at a talent contest in Frankfurt am Main in 1969, leading to the release of her first single. Her breakthrough came with "Alles was wir wollân auf Erden" in 1971, which reached number 8 on the German singles chart. This success was followed by frequent appearances on ZDF-Hitparade and notable placements in Bravo's Otto-Wahl for favorite singer from 1971 to 1973. Wulf's career saw a shift when she joined Silver Convention in 1975, achieving international fame with hits like "Fly Robin Fly" and "Get Up and Boogie". The group represented West Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1977 with "Telegram", finishing eighth. Post-Silver Convention, Wulf released several solo albums including Natural Woman (1977) and Parlez-Moi D'Amour (1978), though these did not achieve significant success. Her later career highlights include a cover of Irene Cara's "Flashdance... What a Feeling" titled "Flashdance â Tanz im Feuer", which reached number 35 on the German Airplay charts in 1983. Today, Ramona Wulf resides in Berlin and occasionally appears at galas or talk shows.
