Biography

Quatuor Ellipsos, a French saxophone quartet formed in Nantes in 2004, consists of Paul-Fathi Lacombe, Julien BrÃ©chet, Sylvain Jarry, and Nicolas HerrouÃ«t. Initially trained at the Conservatoire National de RÃ©gion de Versailles and Cergy-Pontoise, they later studied under Paul Meyer and Eric Le Sage in Paris. The quartet has performed at prestigious venues such as the ThÃ©Ã¢tre du ChÃ¢telet and the Auditorium du Louvre, and collaborated with notable artists including Manu Dibango and Didier Lockwood.
