Biography
Piloti, a rock band from Belgrade, Serbia, was formed in September 1980 by Zoran "Kiki" LesendriÄ, Dragan AndriÄ, Goran BogiÄeviÄ, and Nenad AntanasijeviÄ. They gained early traction performing at local clubs and festivals, including the Pozdrav iz Beograda festival in Zagreb. Their album Piloti was released in 1981 under PGP-RTB, featuring hits like "Imam diplomu" and "Svi smo mi ponekad anÄeli". The band's second studio album, Dvadeset godina, followed in 1982. After a hiatus due to military service, Piloti reformed in late 1984 with a new lineup and shifted towards a more commercial pop-rock sound. They achieved significant success with albums like Kao ptica na mom dlanu (1987) and Osmeh letnje noÄi (1988). Piloti disbanded in 1997, but reunited briefly in 1998 and again in 2009. In 2022, the band released their latest studio album, Mali tragovi na nebu.
