Peter Piek, born on April 3, 1981, in Karl-Marx-Stadt, Germany (now Chemnitz), is a German painter, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and performance artist. He studied painting and graphics at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig from 2002 to 2006. Piek's music career began with the release of his debut album, Say Hello To Peter Piek, in 2008, followed by tours in the USA and Europe. His second album, I Paint It On A Wall, was released in 2010. In 2013, he released his third studio album, Cut Out The Dying Stuff. Throughout his career, Piek has blended his musical and visual artistry, performing at numerous exhibitions worldwide.
