Patrick O'Hagan, born Charles Alphonsus Sherrard in Derry, Northern Ireland, was an Irish-Australian tenor singer. He immigrated to Australia where he began his music career singing traditional Irish and Celtic songs. In the late 1950s and early 1960s, O'Hagan starred in the Australian television series Patrick O'Hagan Sings. His artistic career spanned two decades in the 1950s and 1960s, with a comeback in the mid-1970s. Notable albums include Irish Ballads (1954), Songs We Sing (1957), and 22 Golden Shamrocks (1977). He was married to Ellen Sherrard, and their son Seán Patrick Michael Sherrard, better known as Johnny Logan, became a famous Australian-born Irish singer and composer. O'Hagan died in Queensland, Australia.
