Biography
Pathos Legal, a German music group from Frankfurt, was founded in 2002 by Alexandra Becht and Berkant Ãzdemir. Initially known as Frankfurt am Reim, the duo emerged from the poetry slam scene and later renamed themselves Pathos Legal in 2004. Their early releases included PerVers (2003) and their self-titled album (2004). The group gained further recognition with the release of Irgendwann ist jetzt in 2009, followed by Du mein wilder Geist in 2015 and Der Aufenthalt unter der schwebenden Last ist verboten in 2020. Throughout their career, Pathos Legal has been known for their poetic approach to songwriting, releasing several albums under the Frankfurt label MusCon Records.
