Biography

PARADISES was a Japanese idol group formed in 2020 in Tokyo by former members of Gang Parade, consisting of Yuka Terashima, Usagi Tsukino, Naruhaworld, Kila May, and later Ca Non, with Utauuta joining and later departing. The group debuted with the split EP G/P on 1 April 2020, which featured three tracks per faction and the final solo of Saki Kamiya, and released its eponymous studio album PARADISES on 22 July 2020 under the label Fueled By Mentaiko, establishing its presence in the J‑pop scene. In 2021 the band issued the compilation PARADISES (Refresh Ver.) on 30 January, followed by the EP PARADISES RETURN on 3 March, and added new member Ca Non on 28 April. The single "Daiji na Uta" was released on 28 July 2021, marking the group’s first charting single, while the compilation PARADISES (Free Ver.) on 1 July featured all current members after Usagi Tsukino’s return. Subsequent releases included the EP G⇔P on 15 December 2021 and the single "柏木由紀なりのPARADISES -夏のバカヤロー-" on 30 November 2021. In early 2022 the members exchanged groups with Go to the Beds and the group ceased activities as PARADISES, resuming under the original Gang Parade name on 2 January 2022, concluding the group’s independent run without further releases.
