Biography
Octafonic, a rock band from Buenos Aires, Argentina, was formed in 2013. The group, composed of musicians from both jazz and rock scenes, released their debut album Monster in 2014, which included the singles "Monster" and "Plastic." Octafonic gained significant recognition by winning the Premios Gardel 2015 in the categories of Best New Rock Artist and Best Alternative Rock/Pop Album. Their second album, Mini Buda, was released in 2016, featuring collaborations with Tito Fuentes from Molotov and Lula Bertoldi from Eruca Sativa. The band performed at notable festivals such as CosquÃn Rock (2015-2017) and the Blackbird Jazz Festival (2015).
