NINE to SIX (ëì¸í¬ìì¤), also stylized as 9to6, is the second subunit of the South Korean boy group DKZ under Dongyo Entertainment. The duo, consisting of members Mingyu (민ê·) and Jong Hyeong (ì¢
í), debuted on May 31, 2023, with their single album "Good to You". Before officially forming the unit, Mingyu and Jong Hyeong gained attention with their special appearance as members of the fictional group "Nine to Six" in the tvN drama The Heavenly Idol (2023). Shortly after, Dongyo Entertainment confirmed the formation of NINE to SIX as DKZ's second subunit, announcing their debut single album in May 2023. The subunitâs music captures a fresh and dynamic sound, complementing DKZâs broader artistry while showcasing Min Gyu and Jong Hyeongâs individual talents.
