Biography
NCT DoJaeJung is the fifth sub-unit of the renowned South Korean boy band NCT, managed by SM Entertainment. Comprising members Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo, the trio came together as a sub-unit in late 2022, initially showcasing their talents with a performance of the song "Can We Go Back" during NCT 127's Neo City â The Link+concerts in Seoul. In March 2023, SM Entertainment confirmed the official debut of NCT DoJaeJung as a distinct unit. Their debut EP, Perfume, was released on April 17, featuring a total of six tracks: "Perfume," "Kiss," "Dive," "Strawberry Sunday," "Can We Go Back," and "Ordinary." Distinguished by its R&B style and tight harmonies, the EP garnered immense success not just digitally but physically, selling an impressive 672,374 copies within its first week, The EP debuted at number 2 on Korean charts as well as attracting considerable popularity in Japan, where it charted at number 17.
