Biography

Natasha Bedingfield begins singing in The DNA Algorithm, with her brother Daniel Bedingfield and sister Nikola Rachelle. Signed by BMG, Natasha Bedingfield released Unwritten in 2004. Produced with Guy Chambers, Patrick Leonard and Andrew Frampton, the album is an unstoppable collection of radio-friendly tracks, reaching No. 1 in the UK and No. 26 in the USA. His second album, N.B. , in 2007, sparked controversy over the track "I Wanna Have Your Babies". N.B. only reached number 9 in the U.K. and was not released in the U.S., where it was replaced by Pocketful of Sunshine, stripped of the controversial title and enhanced with seven new tracks. Pocketful of Sunshine reached number three in the US charts. In 2010, Natasha Bedingfield sang alongside up-and-coming rapper-star Nicki Minaj on her debut album. The following year, she signed another high-profile collaboration, singing alongside Simple Plan on "Jet Lag". The young woman multiplied her collaborations (Lifehouse, Ne-Yo, Herbie Hancock, etc.) in the following years, appearing on TV and supporting the Artists Stand Up to Cancer charity by taking part in the recording of "Love Song to the Earth" in 2015. Four years later, she finally completed her fourth opus, Roll With Me, conceived with Linda Perry.
