Natalie Hannah McCool, also known as Natalie McCool, was born in Whiston, Merseyside, and is an English singer-songwriter and musician. She gained initial recognition when she won a Yamaha-sponsored national songwriting competition judged by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. While at university, she received a one-to-one songwriting session with Paul McCartney. In 2013, she released her debut album, Natalie McCool. Her second studio album, The Great Unknown, was released in 2016.
