Biography

Natalie Grant, born Natalie Diane Grant on December 21, 1971 in Seattle, Washington, is an American singer who began her career after studying to be a schoolteacher at Northwest University. Her first recordings appeared with the touring group Truth before signing with Benson Records in 1997; her self‑titled debut Natalie Grant was released in 1999. She moved to Pamplin Music and released Stronger (2001), then joined Curb Records where she issued Deeper Life (2003) and the breakthrough gold album Awaken (2005). Subsequent releases include Relentless (2008), Love Revolution (2010), Hurricane (2013), Be One (2015), No Stranger (2020), and Seasons (2023). Grant released a holiday album titled, Christmas in 2025, featuring her take on "Jingle Bells." Natalie Grant earned the Dove Award for Female Vocalist of the Year four consecutive years (2006–2009) and received additional recognition in 2012; she has been nominated for nine Grammy Awards between 2012 and 2020, and her single "My Weapon" led the 2020 album No Stranger.
