Jesse Cooper, known professionally as Mt Eden, is a New Zealand electronic musician from Auckland. Initially known as Mt Eden Dubstep, he gained traction with his remix of Freshlyground's "I'd Like", titled "Sierra Leone". This track went viral on YouTube in 2009, marking a significant breakthrough in his career. In December 2010, he released his first EP, MEDS, which received positive reviews. Mt Eden continued to build his discography with releases such as "Air Walker" and "Stronger". He released the EP Walking On Air in June 2013.
