Monti Beton, a cover band from Austria, was formed in 1982. The group's founders, Thomas Schreiber and Toni Matosic, had been playing together since 1980 before establishing Monti Beton, and the two were also involved in the creation of other music groups such as Countdown, Benefit, and TCB-Band. The band was known for covering artists like Bob Dylan and Elvis Presley, as well as collaborating with prominent figures such as Willi Resetarits and Johann K. Monti Beton released their debut album Itâs in 1992, followed by several notable albums including Let It Be: Different (2001), The Kinks Acoustic Songbook (2002), and Elvis Night Live II (2007). In 2007, Monti Beton embarked on the 25 Years of Monti Beton tour to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
