Biography
Monster Florence, a British hip-hop group from Colchester, Essex, was formed in 2014. The band consists of vocalists Dream Mclean, Alex Osiris, and Wallace Rice, along with instrumentalists Tom Donovan, Jonny Poole, and Cameron Morrell. Their career began after a one-off festival performance led to their official formation. In 2016, Monster Florence released the single "I Love You All the Time" and the EPs The Groove and Bad Gear, which marked the beginning of their discography. The group's debut album Foul was released in September 2018 under Goldbar Records. Their subsequent albums include Cowboys & Idiots (December 2020), Master System (February 2023) and PETTY CASH (September 2025). Notable collaborations include "Thunderclouds" featuring Miles Kane, and "Relax" with John Cooper Clarke. The group has also released a live session of their EP Cowboys & Idiots recorded at Abbey Road Studios.
