ModupeâOreoluwa Oyeyemi Ola, known as MoâCheddah, was born on Octoberâ¯16,â¯1990, in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a rapper and singer who began exploring her creative side at age 12, initially interested in acting before transitioning to music. MoâCheddah signed her first record deal with Knighthouse Entertainment under Rogba Arimoro's label. Her debut studio album, Franchise Celebrity, was released in 2010, preceded by the promotional single "If You Want Me" in 2009. She parted ways with Knighthouse in February 2012 and established her own label, Cheddah Music. Notable songs cited in sources include "Survive," "My Time," and "Destinambari" (featuring Phyno).
