MC Rogerinho, born on April 14, 2000, in Ceará, Brazil, grew up in the Pedrinhas neighborhood of Sobral, where he first ventured into the music world at just 11 years old, working behind the scenes by helping carry instruments for local bands. Encouraged by his mother, who recognized his potential and emphasized discipline, MC Rogerinho found his path to success initially as a songwriter, composing hits for top Brazilian artists like Wesley Safadão and Xand Avião. His major breakthrough came with the 2018 hit "Amor Falso," which he penned and saw performed by big names such as Aldair Playboy, Wesley Safadão, and Kevinho, marking him as a notable talent in Brazilian brega funk. At 20, MC Rogerinho stepped fully into the spotlight with "Só Você," a single from his 2020 debut album Na Pressão that became a viral sensation on streaming platforms, cementing his status as a rising artist in his own right. With over 1.3 million subscribers on his channel and nearly a million followers on Instagram, MC Rogerinho continued his ascent to stardom with popular albums such as Pode Crê (Ao Vivo) (2023), 85 Graus (2023), Feelings (2024), and D.N.A (2024), which featured the hit single "Tbt."
