Lucilla Galeazzi, born on December 24, 1950, in Terni, Italy, is an Italian folk singer. She began her career as a teenager in a pop group and later took singing lessons with Michiko Hiroyama and Gianni Socci. In 1977, she became a member of Giovanna Marini's vocal quartet, recording four albums and performing internationally. Galeazzi founded her own trio, Il Trillo, in 1987, interpreting traditional folk songs in a contemporary style. She expanded her repertoire to include baroque music and jazz, collaborating with various artists such as Michel Godard and Christina Pluhar. Her notable works included Ancora Bella Ciao (2010) and Alegria e Libertà (2019). Her productions often recalled major historical themes, such as the role of women in World War I with her oratorio Doppio Fronte.
