Biography

Love Henrik Samuel Antell, born on October 24, 1980 in Stockholm, Sweden, is a Swedish-Finnish singer and artist. He attended Adolf Fredrik's Music School in Stockholm and later studied illustration at Konstfack between 2001 and 2007. Antell is known as the frontman of Florence Valentin, and from 2007 to 2011 he was a guitarist in Perssons Pack. His solo career includes the releases Gatorna tillhör oss (2012), Hitsville Haninge – Samlade Spår 2003–2014 (2014), and Barn av Amerika (2015). He appeared in Mika Ronkainen's drama-documentary film Ingen riktig finne, which won the Best Nordic Documentary award at the Gothenburg Film Festival in 2013. In 2014, he was one of the singers featured in the TV4 series Så mycket bättre. As an artist, Antell created the cover for Lena Andersson’s Duck City and illustrated Michel Houellebecq’s Plattform.
