Biography

Los Fabulocos, a Cali-Mex band from East Los Angeles, was formed in 2003. The group is led by Jesus Cuevas, who plays accordion and vocals, and features Kid Ramos on bajo sexto, guitar, and vocals. Their music blends traditional Spanish and Mexican music with blues, R&B, and rockabilly. In 2008, Los Fabulocos released their self-titled debut album Los Fabulocos. They followed this with Dos in 2010. Kid Ramos left the band in 2011 and was replaced by Al Martinez. The group's lineup also includes James Barrios on bass and vocals, and Mike Molina on drums. Los Fabulocos have contributed to the rich musical tapestry of East Los Angeles, which is home to America’s largest Mexican-American community.
