Limsa d'Aulnay, whose real name is Salim Ghebache, is a French rapper of Algerian origin, born on December 4, 1986 in Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis). He spent his early years in Chauny, Aisne, raised by his grandmother, before joining his mother in Aulnay-sous-Bois at the age of eight. It was in the Emmaüs housing estate that he discovered rap, and began to learn about it with his friends. In 2010, his meeting with rapper Georgio introduced him to the 75e Session collective, where he made a name for himself thanks to his contributions to Grünt's freestyles. He released his debut EP CBT in 2015, followed by the mixtape Les Fleurs de Limsa the same year. Between 2020 and 2022, he unveiled the Logique trilogy, made up of three EPs hailed for their narrative and musical quality. At the end of 2023, Limsa d'Aulnay teamed up with Belgian rapper Isha for the album Bitume Caviar (Vol. 1), featuring a collaboration with Caballero & JeanJass. The album wins the cover of the year award at the Flammes ceremony. The duo continue in 2025 with Bitume Caviar (Vol. 2), which reaches No. 8 in the SNEP chart.
