Les Fascagat, a parodic trio from Albigeois, Occitanie, France, was formed in 2000 by Jean-Michel Nespoulous (alias « Néné »), Jean-Philippe Partouche (alias « la Mouche ») and Thierry Cathala (alias « Titi »). Initially conceived to parody the popular "boys band" trend of late 1990s France, Les Fascagat's configuration echoed that of 2be3. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut single "Le Cochon Dans Le Maïs" in July 2000, which reached number 20 on the French Top 50 chart. Les Fascagat released their first album No Problem in 2001, followed by Pas D'blème Con! in June 2002. Their subsequent releases included the EP Les Campings in June 2006 and the album Ãa Va Zumber... in April 2013. Notable songs from their discography include "Saint-Tropette", "Le Pimpom Des Pompiers", "Merci Patron" (a cover of Les Charlots), and "Viens Boire Un P'tit Coup à La Maison" (a cover of Licence IV). The group's popularity peaked in the early 2000s, with a gradual decline in subsequent years.
