Offer Nissim, born on April 16, 1964 in Tel Aviv, Israel, is a DJ and producer known for his work in electronic and house music. His career began in 1979 when he substituted for an absent DJ at Tel Aviv's Theater Club. In 1993, he produced Dana International's debut single "Saida Sultana" and her subsequent albums Dana International (1993) and Umpatampa (1994). His breakthrough came in 1998 with the production of "Diva", Israel's winning entry at the Eurovision Song Contest. Nissim collaborated with artists like Maya Simantov and Peter Rauhofer, as well as created remixes for Madonna, Cher, and Christina Aguilera. He ranked on DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs list from 2006 to 2009, peaking at number 29 in 2006. Notable solo releases include the albums First Time (2005) and Supernatural (2020).
