Biography
La Rochelle Band, an Austrian electro-soul group, was founded in 2011 by music producer Peter Cruseder. The band's debut album, Shake Late, was released in 2012 on Peter Cruseder Records. In the same year, La Rochelle Band signed with Etage Noir Recordings and subsequently released the EP Work That Body and the single "Burning In My Soul" in 2013. The band continued to release music, including the album Wonderland and the single "Rocket Man", both in 2015. Cruseder composed and produced all songs, with live performances featuring Cruseder on electronics and keyboard, Florian Kasper on drums, and Ricarda Maria on vocals. La Rochelle Band gained recognition for their live performances and were nominated for the Austrian Amadeus Award in 2016 in the "Songwriter of the Year" category.
