Kyle Vincent is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He started his music career at age eight, playing alto saxophone in school jazz bands. In the late 1980s, Vincent was the lead singer of the teen power pop band Candy, which released Whatever Happened To Fun... on Mercury/Polygram. After Candy disbanded, Vincent signed with MCA as a solo artist and released his first album, A Night Like This, in 1993. He toured as the opening act for Barry Manilow's Greatest Hits and Then Some tour. In 1997, he released a self-titled album on Hollywood Records, which included the single "Wake Me Up (When The World's Worth Waking Up For)". This song peaked at Number 1 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart.
