Kyle Hollingsworth, born March 2, 1968 in Maryland, United States, is an American musician known for his role as a keyboard player. He attended Towson State University, majoring in music with a focus on jazz piano, and played in the Baltimore-based psychedelic rock band Black Friday while in college. His breakthrough came when he joined The String Cheese Incident, an American jam band from Boulder, Colorado. Hollingsworth released his first solo album, Never Odd or Even, in 2004, featuring collaborations with saxophonist Joshua Redman and pedal steel player Robert Randolph. He followed this with Then There's Now in 2009, which included contributions from Dave Watts of the Motet, Ryan Jalbert, Garrett Sayers, Damien Hines, Liza Oxnard of Zuba, Alex Botwin of Pnuma Trio, and DJ Logic. In 2014, he released his third album, Speed of Life. In 2018, he released his fourth album, 50, featuring hits such as "All Falls Apart" and "Stuff," with collaborations from artists including Jason Hann, Gabriel Mervine, Drew Sayers, Kim Dawson, Andy Hall, Jennifer Hartswick, and DJ Logic.
