Biography
Kwamie Liv is a Danish-Zambian singer and songwriter who was born in 1985 in Copenhagen. She spent her childhood in numerous countries including Zambia and Bangladesh. Her recordings include the debut EP Lost In The Girl (2014), which received positive reception. In 2015, she collaborated with Angelo Badalamenti on the song âRemember Me, In Every Cloud of Goldâ (2015) for the film Guldkysten. Liv performed at the Roskilde Festival in 2015. Between 2016 and 2018, she focused on visual art before releasing her debut studio album, Lovers that Come and Go, (2018). Her discography also includes the singles âHigherâ (2015), âSweet Like Brandyâ (2018), and âNew Booâ (2018). She appeared on the television program Toppen af Poppen (2019) and served as a judge for the Danish edition of X Factor in 2022.
