Konqistador, an Australian industrial band formed in Melbourne in 2005, was led by Canadian producers Elizabeth Graham and Reginald Tiessen, along with British producer INfest8. The group's music blended ethno-darkwave, medieval-goth, glitched synth, and bass-heavy electro. Their debut album, Courage Riot, was released through Shock Records in 2005, followed by Suada (2012) via the Orchard. Their song "Kill Konstantine" was notably licensed to Icon⢠Helmets in 2008, and "Courage Riot" was featured on the television series Supernatural in 2011. Notable EPs include Count to Zero (2015), Sex the Cut (2016), Klepto (2017), SpektÉr (2017), and DüalÉtÄ (2018). In 2019, Konqistador released Nafada, featuring collaborations with hip-hop emcees from various countries.
