Biography
Kingswood is an Australian rock group formed in Melbourne in 2007 by Fergus Linacre, Alex Laska, Jeremy âMangoâ Hunter and Justin Debrincat. The band released a 500âcopy selfâtitled EP in 2010, followed by the single "Yeah Go Die" in 2011 and "Medusa" and "She's My Baby" in 2012. After signing with Dew Process in 2013, they issued their debut album Microscopic Wars inâ¯2014, which entered the ARIA Albums Chart at number 6 and received a nomination for Best Rock Album at the 2014 ARIA Music Awards. Subsequent releases were After Hours, Close to Dawn (2017), which peaked at numberâ¯10 on the ARIA charts; Juveniles (2020), which reached numberâ¯14; Home (2023), which reached number 15; and Midnight Mavericks (2026).
