Christian Casey Combs (born April 1, 1998 in Los Angeles, California), known as King Combs, is an American rapper and model. Famously known as the son of Grammy-award winning rap artist Sean âDiddyâ Combs, he spent his teenage years modelling, rapping and singing. Reinventing himself as King Combs and signing with his fatherâs record label, Bad Boy Entertainment, he released his first singles âType Differentâ âF*ck the Summer Upâ and âFeeling Savageâ in 2017, followed by âLove You Betterâ featuring R&B artist Chris Brown in 2018, peaking at number 12 on the R&B Hip Hop charts. Combs followed this with 90âs Baby, a self-released mixtape which heard him rapping over the early 90âs hip-hop tracks inspired by his fatherâs legacy. Drawing inspiration between East and West Coast vibes, Combs released Cyncerely, C3 on March 19, 2019, the nostalgic debut studio EP dedicated to his late mother, who passed away the year before. Combs continued to release two singles, âLegacyâ and âCartisâ in 2020 as well as four singles in 2021, including the collaboration with Atlanta rap artist Future, âHoldin Me Downâ, released specifically during Womenâs History month. In 2022, Combs emerged with the Summer party hit âGas You Upâ featuring DreamDoll, and the Lil Kim-sampled âCanât Stop Wonât Stopâ, featuring Kodak Black.
