Kill Devil Hill is an American heavy metal supergroup formed in 2011 by drummer Vinny Appice, bassist Rex Brown, guitarist Mark Zavon, and lead vocalist Dewey Bragg. Named after Kill Devil Hills in North Carolina, the band played their first concert in April 2011 and signed with SPV Records later that year. Their debut album, Kill Devil Hill, was released in May 2012. The second album, Revolution Rise, produced by Jeff Pilson, came out in October 2013. Vinny Appice left the band in March 2014, and Johnny Kelly took over on drums. In 2019, Rex Brown departed, replaced by Nico D'Arnese. The band continued touring with a lineup that included Matt Snell and Mike Dupke.
