Kerkko Klemetti Koskinen, also known as Kerkko Koshinen, born on January 7, 1973, in Espoo, Uusimaa, is a Finnish musician. He began his career as the founding member and lead figure of the band Ultra Bra, composing nearly all of their songs and serving as the band's pianist. His breakthrough came with the release of "Rakkaus viiltää" (2002) and "Sateentekijä" (2002), which gained significant attention. Koskinen's solo career includes albums such as Rakkaus viiltää (2002), Lolita (2005), Agatha (2007), and Yhteinen Sävel "Ei Aika Mennyt Koskaan Palaa" (2009). He also composed music for films like Upswing and Young Gods, as well as songs for Vuokko Hovatta's solo album Lempieläimiä. In 2012, he formed Kerkko Koskinen Kollektiivi, a supergroup featuring well-known vocalists. Their debut album topped the Finnish Albums Chart. Additionally, Koskinen wrote "Uuden ajan kynnyksellä" in memory of journalist Anna Politkovskaya.
