Biography
Originally from Strasbourg, the members of Kat Onoma met in the early 1980s. Bonded by a rock, jazz and experimental culture, they quickly distinguished themselves from the scene of the time. Their albums Billy the Kid (1992) and Far From the Pictures (1995) received excellent critical acclaim, despite a limited audience. After Kat Onoma (2001), leader Rodolphe Burger devoted himself to a solo career and numerous collaborations.
