Biography
Driven by social networks, German singer Julia Meladin is enjoying a meteoric rise, with a style somewhere between pop and rock. Born in a village in the state of Brandenburg in 2003, she learned to play guitar, wrote her first songs at the age of eight and sang in a band. After her first tracks, such as "Angst", were posted on her social network account in 2021 , she went on to attract millions of listens with her pop-punk melodies, grafted onto texts that were in tune with current events, or sometimes with comments left by Internet users. Signed to Sony Music, she expanded her audience with tracks like "10 von 10" and "Beispiel Daran" in 2023, and "Totes Herz " and the other songs on the Leben Meiner Träume EP in 2024. Accompanied by guitarist Yu on the energetic "Gänsehaut", Julia Meladin unveils her debut album Perlen um den Hals in 2025, which reaches number 91 in the German charts.
