Born and raised in Amsterdam, Dutch DJ Joshua Robbie grew up in a musical environment, developing a taste for house music tinged with R&B, rap and African rhythms. It wasn't long before he was itching to share his records with others, and he began training with his turntables to become a DJ like those he emulated in Amsterdam clubs. He began by mixing in small local clubs before moving on to larger venues, where his reputation began to blossom. Within a few years, Joshua Robbie had become a respected DJ, performing in clubs all over the world, from Ibiza to Monaco, Curacao, Los Angeles and New York, with his signature style - a blend of house tech, Afro and Latin. More than just a DJ, he wanted to move into production and studied at the Point Blank Music School in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, from which he graduated. In 2024, he presented his first personal track, "I Need Your Love", followed by the viral hit "I Surrender" and its remix by Lange Frans.
