John Paul Ospina Morales, born on September 2, 1980, in Vancouver, Canada, is a Colombian singer. He moved to MedellÃn, Colombia, in 1991 and began his musical journey influenced by diverse genres such as pop, R&B, hip hop, jazz, and salsa. Ospina studied lyric singing at the University of Antioquia and was the lead vocalist for the pop-rock band El Sótano. In 2003, he moved to Bogotá and started acting, landing a role in the TV series Al Ritmo de Tu Corazón. His music gained traction through television soundtracks, including contributions to shows like "Francisco el Matemático" and "El Mundo Divertido de Peep." Ospina also hosted programs such as Mucha Música on City TV and E! News for América Latina. In 2012, he released his EP Forget Me, which included seven versions of the title track.
