JK21 (JK2) is a female idol group from the Kansai region, formed in 2008. The unit name is derived from the initial letters of "JAPAN, KANSAI, and the 21st century. Members include Eri Miyashige (June 19, 1993, from Osaka), Rina Tanaka (March 28, 1994, from Osaka), Momona Aragaki (July 10, 1993, from Osaka), Yuko Ogasawara (November 4, 1997, from Osaka), Hoshi Takeuchi (January 7, 1997, from Hyogo), and Keika Yoshida (February 25, 1999, from Osaka). (born February 25, 1999 in Osaka Prefecture), and others. In 2008, they released their first single "Hanabuki Honey Chips" as an independent single. In 2010, she made her major label debut with "I Love KANSAI," and on March 21, 2012, released the single "Nanairo Real. This medium tune, which describes a sad feeling of love in life-sized words, was one of the songs that broadened the range of the girls' ability to express themselves. They were inducted into the "Local Idol Hall of Fame" in 2018 for their steady activities based in their exclusive theater "Atelier Club," and continued to bring smiles to their fans nationwide with their cheerful power unique to Kansai until they disbanded on August 31, 2018.
