Jessy B, real name Jessica Francia Diatsona Biggerman, is a Congolese rapper born into a musical family. Daughter of rapper DJ King Biggerman, she discovered the stage and the world of music at an early age. At the age of 19, she signed with the Color Optic Studios label and released her first track "Joli bébé" in 2019, which launched her career. Awarded at the Scènes Tremplin Mboté Hip Hop, then voted Female Revelation at the Brazza Best Awards 2020, she went from strength to strength ("Moi aussi", "Ne doute pas", "Dégât na Dégât"). A committed feminist, she breaks the codes of male-dominated rap with a hard-hitting flow and a strong social message. Winner of the Prix Découvertes RFI 2023, she defends a conscious and committed rap, driven by the emancipation of women.
