Jenevieve, whose real name is Jenevieve Johnson, is an American singer-songwriter originally from Miami (Florida), where she was born on January 30, 1998, and now lives in Los Angeles. She has made a name for herself thanks to her unique style blending soul pop, modern R&B and atmospheric electronic sounds, creating a mood that is both sensual and dreamlike. Since her debut in the 2010s, she has released several singles and albums acclaimed for their polished production and smooth vocals: the album Division (2021), featuring the viral tracks "Baby Powder", "Résumé" and "Exit Wounds"; the EP Rendezvous (2022); then the album Crysalis (2025), featuring "Head Over Heels" and "Haiku".
