Jürgen Paape is a German electronic musician. On 1 March 1993, he co-founded the record store Delirium in Cologne alongside Wolfgang Voigt, Reinhard Voigt, and Jörg Burger, which later evolved into the label Kompakt. Paape released the single âTriumphâ (1998), which served as the first catalog entry for the label. His works include the EP Reval (1997) and the track âSo Weit Wie Noch Nieâ (2002), which samples the Daliah Lavi song âVielleicht schon Morgenâ. In 2010, he issued his first album, Kompilation (2010), a collection of previously released tracks. Paape adopts a reclusive public profile, forgoing DJ performances, live acts, and media interviews.
