Biography
Jamie Shaw, born in 1985 in Dinas Powys, Wales, is a British singer who began performing at an early age, singing in the Llandough Baptist Church choir and appearing in local musicals. His breakthrough came in 1998 when he appeared on My Kind Of Music, leading to the release of his debut album, When You Believe, the following year. In 2003, Shaw participated in Popstars â The Rivals and became a member of the British boyband One True Voice. Their debut single "Sacred Trust / After You're Gone (I'll Still Be Loving You)" sold over 650,000 copies, followed by the hit "Shakespeareâs Way With Words", which reached the Top 10 of the UK charts. Shaw continued to perform in various television shows and tours, including appearances with Backstreet Boys and US5. In 2006, he released the single "Different".
